  1. IN CASE OF RETURNS, ALL RETURNS ARE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED UPON RECIEPT

Upon return, all the items will be thorough checked following which a decision for credit, replacement, exchange or repair will be made. Please go through our Return/Refund Policy to comprehensively understand the guidelines that need to be followed to return any item. Furthermore, returns can take up to five (5) business days from the time the return is received.

  1. RETURNING DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We work tirelessly to ensure that you get what you ordered, and no defective item is delivered to you. Therefore, we provide you a 100% protection against any defective items delivered to you provided that a claim is brought to us within 20 days from the date of delivery. If the defect is due to some manufacturer-related issue, we can resolve it with assistance from the relevant manufacturer’s technical support team. All qualifying defective items can be exchanged with the same or an alternate (with similar specifications) with no re-stocking fee. You can also avail a full return on a qualifying claim for defective item(s). As for the credit method, Hermez Communications, Inc shall have sole discretion to decide. Hermez Communications may decide on credit or ship, replace product, or repair the item and return it to you.

  1. LIMITATIONS FROM THE MANUFACTURERS

Please note that Hermez Communications Inc acts as an authorized re-seller. Therefore, certain limitations may be exercised by the manufacturers in case of returns. In such cases, we will not be able to accept any returns or provide you any solution (offer exchanges, replacements or credits) on such products. Moreover, please note that we will not accept a return, offer a replacement, exchange or credit for a product missing UPC code. Only the relevant manufacturer can replace any defective item missing the UPC code sticker.

  1. NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

In case you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have received or you have ordered something that you did not intend to order (mistake order), you must submit us a return request with 15 days from the delivery date. In such cases, we will charge 20% re-stocking and the customer will be responsible for shipping. This means that after the return has taken place, we will subtract the 20% re-stocking fee and any delivery charges from the total amount and this will result into the refund you will be entitled to.

  1. SOFTWARE AND CONSUMABLES (toner cartridges, ink cartridges and digital media) – NOT RETURNABLE
  2. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE 100% COMPLETE AND MUST BE PACKAGED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

Please make sure that all the items must be returned back in their original packaging otherwise they will not be accepted. All packing materials (manufacturer manuals, diskettes, tutorial or other CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other related accessories and documentation) must be returned back with the product in the way it comes packed by the manufacturer. Hermez Communications, Inc WILL REJECT ANY RETURN that is damaged, changed or incorrectly packaged.

  • RETURNS INCORRECTLY PACKAGED-include but are not limited to:

Returns in non-qualified shipping container

Tampered label(s)

Counterfeit label(s)

Standards removed or tampered e.g. UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code

Barcode tampered or removed

Items with serial number not matching serial number on package or invoice

  • DAMAGED RETURNS- include but are not limited to:

Damaged to the actual product

Damaged circuit boards

Scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting

Damaged tape seals

Screws removed, loosened or damaged

Items such as CPUs, notebooks etc. labeled with a security seal will not be accepted for return

  1. INSURE YOUR RETURNS

We highly suggest you fully insure all your returns directed towards us. At our sole discretion, Hermez Communications, Inc may reimburse shipping charges related to the exchange of defective products.

  1. ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

There are certain items cannot be returned. Such items include assembly required items (if the items have already been assembled), Made-to-order or customized items.
