In order to return any product(s) purchased from Hermez Communications, you simply have to file a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For the purpose, you need to contact us via an email or a call. Any return requests that do not have an associated RMA number will not be catered. Please note that all return requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of delivery. After the provided time limit, we cannot accept your return requests against any product(s).
Order Cancellation
As per our policies, we do accept order cancellations. However, you can only cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, your order cannot be cancel and the aforementioned return policy shall apply in case you want to return it back to us.
Defective Items
We work tirelessly to ensure that you get what you ordered, and no defective item is delivered to you. Therefore, we provide you a 100% protection against any defective items delivered to you provided that a claim is brought to us within 20 days from the date of delivery. If the defect is due to some manufacturer-related issue, we can resolve it with assistance from the relevant manufacturer’s technical support team. All qualifying defective items can be exchanged with the same or an alternate (with similar specifications) with no re-stocking fee. You can also avail a full return on a qualifying claim for defective item(s).
Please note that in case a claim is brought to us after 20 days, then it will be decided the relevant manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Damaged Items
We also provide full protection against any possible damages that may occur during the shipping process. For the purpose, you need to bring in a claim within 5 days from the date of delivery. It is maintained here that any claim that is made after the mentioned time limit will be rejected.
In case of a prominent visible damage from shipping, the receiver can refuse to accept the delivery or the receiver must note on the delivery receipt before signing it.
In case of a damage that cannot be assessed from the outer package, you need to send us pictures of the damage items and the packaging so that your claim can be qualified for protection. With the proper procedure followed, your damaged item will be exchanged with the same or an alternate (with similar specifications) with no hassles or charge.
Received Wrong Items
In case you receive something that you did not order or you receive wrong items, all you need to do is to contact us. Our customer service team will resolve any such issue for you.
Mistake Orders
In case you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have received or you have ordered something that you did not intend to order (mistake order), you must submit us a return request with 15 days from the delivery date. In such cases, we will charge 20% re-stocking and the customer will be responsible for shipping. This means that after the return has taken place, we will subtract the 20% re-stocking fee and any delivery charges from the total amount and this will result into the refund you will be entitled to.
Please make sure that all the items must be returned back in their original packaging otherwise they will not be accepted. In case such item(s) are returned with a shipping-related damage, we will not be liable to accept them and it will be the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to re-coup the costs of the order.
Items that cannot be returned
There are certain items cannot be returned. Such items include assembly required items (if the items have already been assembled), Made-to-order or customized items.
Shipping for Returns
Please follow the mentioned steps for your returns. The RMA numbers provided to you are valid for 7 days. Also, note that the refunds are authorized after inspection of the items and the claims by the concerned department.
